Kaitlyn Sohn

Kaitlyn Sohn (Foroud) has extensive experience in tax management, currently serving as Global Tax Lead at Sphere since August 2025. Prior roles include Tax Director of Indirect Tax and Information Reporting at Rover.com, Sales Tax Lead at Anrok, and Tax Senior at Smartsheet. Kaitlyn began career at Microsoft as a member of the Indirect Tax team and gained foundational experience at CBIZ Berntson Porter, progressing from Tax Staff to Tax Senior in SALT. Kaitlyn's early career included an internship at Berntson Porter & Company, PLLC. Kaitlyn holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Accounting from the University of Oregon, earned between 2011 and 2016.
