Ryan Eade

Ryan Eade joined Spiffy in January 2016 as the Chief Technology Officer. Ryan has grown the technology platform from a single-server application to a suite of products, including the Consumer App, Technician App, Fleet App, and the Conductor backend, which manages many aspects of the business. This growth included migrating Spiffy’s core technology to the AWS cloud utilizing secure, redundant, fault-tolerant architecture that scales with the company. Prior to joining Spiffy, Ryan spent over a decade implementing software in the healthcare industry. He served as a Domain Architect for Atrium Healthcare in Charlotte, NC, and later at Dignity Healthcare in San Francisco, CA. During this time, he worked on scaling systems to support over 50,000 concurrent users and implemented integrations across dozens of disparate hospital systems. Ryan also spent several years consulting as a mobile application developer, designing and developing apps for companies including Michelin, Mobil 1, Raycom Sports, and the ACC. Ryan has a BS in Technology Education with a minor in Graphic Communications from North Carolina State University.
