Tatyana Shkred has extensive experience in finance and accounting, with a focus on optimizing financial operations and achieving profitability targets.

Tatyana worked as a CFO at GetStar, where they reorganized management accounting and implemented monitoring of key performance indicators. At CJSC MOBI.Money, they optimized accounting and reporting, restructured borrowings, and ensured target profitability indicators were achieved.

Tatyana also worked as an Independent Consultant at GSC Institute for Financial Business Development, where they provided consulting expertise.

Prior to that, they served as the Group Chief Financial Officer at NOMOS-Bank leasing holding, where they established management and IFRS accounting systems, developed a team, and implemented tax optimization and process automation.

Tatyana also worked as the Chief Accountant at RUSSKIYE GAZONY, CJSC, implementing a new accounting program and preparing annual reports.

In their role as Chief Accountant with the functions of a Financial Manager at MINERALNYE VODY – CHISTY GOROD Public Association, Tatyana controlled budgets, prepared grant project budgets, and conducted general, tax, and management accounting.

Tatyana Shkred obtained a specialist degree in Economics and Enterprise Management from the State University of Civil Engineering from 1999 to 2005. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Introduction to Computer Science and Programming Using Python from edX MITx in October 2014.
