Rachel Stern has extensive work experience in various roles and industries.

In 2012, they were a Coro Fellow at the Coro Leadership Center in St. Louis, where they underwent a nine-month experiential leadership training program. During this time, they gained exposure to different sectors of public affairs through placements, seminars, and project management training.

From 2013 to 2023, they worked at InState Partners as a Senior Vice President. In this role, they led investments in and served on the boards of several government technology (Govtech) companies, ranging from seed stage to series B. Rachel helped these companies scale and find product market fit through their network of lobbyists and political relationships. Additionally, they acted as a national political consultant for various notable companies, including Lyft, Hims, Bird Scooters, Block (Square), Citigroup, and Visa.

Starting in 2018, Rachel became a Co-Owner of Inner Circle Wine. Details about their specific responsibilities in this role are not provided.
