Dr. Theresa Haskins

Dr. Theresa Haskins serves as the President and CEO of the Institute of Neurodiversity (ION) in the United States, where efforts focus on advancing neuroinclusion through systems change and policy advocacy. Concurrently, Dr. Haskins holds the position of Adjunct Professor and CET Faculty Fellow at the University of Southern California, teaching courses in Talent Management and Global Diversity, and has received the 2024 Faculty Award. With extensive experience in both academia and industry, Dr. Haskins has contributed to various organizational roles, including VP of Talent Strategy and Culture Transformation at a confidential company and previous leadership positions at JPMorgan Chase & Co. Additionally, Dr. Haskins leads Haskins Consulting for Workplace Neurodiversity and participates on the Board of Advisors for Next Friday Coffee Club. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Education in Organizational Change and Leadership from the University of Southern California, a Master of Arts in Educational Psychology from Eastern Michigan University, a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Kent State University, and an Intervention Specialist certification from The University of Akron.
