Assaf Hillel

Assaf Hillel has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Assaf currently serves as the Managing Director of Medigal Ltd at Getter Group since February 2023. Prior to this, they held the role of Alcon Microsurgery & Ophthalmic BU Manager at Lapidot Group from September 2018 to February 2023.

Before joining Lapidot Group, Assaf worked at Amos Gazit Ltd. as the Boston Scientific Division Manager from May 2017 to August 2018. In this role, they led three sales teams and was responsible for profitability and sales growth across the country.

Prior to that, they served at Nestlé in Tel Aviv from January 1993 to July 1998. Their first career role was in life insurance supervision at Hachsharat Hayeshuv from March 1989 to December 1993.

Assaf Hillel earned their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a focus on Marketing from Tel Aviv University, which they attended from 1989 to 1991.
