Idan Kamus has extensive experience in operations and service management, currently serving as Service Manager at Getter Group since 2016, where responsibilities include managing a service system for thousands of customers, developing operational strategies to enhance profitability, and overseeing professional training and recruitment for field teams. Prior to this role, Idan worked as Operations Manager at Getter Group, focusing on inventory management and logistics processes. Experience also includes positions at Toys"R"Us as Logistics Manager and Assistant Franchise Sales Manager. Idan holds an MBA from Tel Aviv University and a B.Sc in Industrial Engineering from SCE - Shamoon College of Engineering.
