Debbie Moore has extensive work experience in various leadership and strategic roles. Debbie is currently serving as the Senior Vice President Customer and Operations at SalonBiz and Timely, leading global operations, customer support, finance, and strategy. Prior to this, they were the Head of Strategy & Acquisitions at Trade Me, where they were responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic planning and budget development. Before that, they held senior positions at Kiwibank, where they provided financial advice and support to leaders and led teams in financial reporting and control. Debbie also has experience in product and service development as the Director of Product & Service Development at the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants. Debbie's earlier career includes roles in financial management and analysis at companies such as Arrowhead Energy Ltd, Golden Pages, Mobil Oil New Zealand Limited, and Virgin Retail. Debbie holds expertise in financial management, governance, and commercial decision making.

Debbie Moore attended Victoria University of Wellington from 1997 to 2000, where they pursued a Bachelor of Commerce & Administration degree with a focus on Accounting and Commercial Law. During the same period, they also earned a Diploma in Professional Accounting from the same university. Prior to their university education, Debbie received a Bursary from St Mary's College in Wellington, New Zealand, through the NZ Educational Scholarships Trust (NZEST). In 2008, they obtained the certification of Chartered Accountant from the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants.
