In 2010, Fallon worked as a Sales Project Coordinator at EMS-Cortex while studying at university. Responsibilities included procedure development, assisting the marketing department, and managing customer contract renewals.
From 2010 to 2012, Fallon continued working at Citrix after it acquired EMS-Cortex, serving as a Project Lead and Cloud Control Panel Service Manager. Responsibilities included managing new customer software implementations and developing project plans with varying timelines and revenues.
At Vend, Fallon held multiple roles from 2012 to 2018. These included Acting VP | APAC, Global Director | Sales and Enablement, and VP Sales Operations. Responsibilities included managing global teams, designing sales processes, developing training programs, and overseeing budgeting and expenditures.
From 2018 to 2020, Fallon worked at Auror as the Director of Customer, focusing on the entire customer journey, sales, marketing, and customer success.
In 2020, Fallon became the Director & Revenue Growth Consultant at GravityLab.
Fallon also worked as a Business Mentor at Startmate in 2020, providing guidance and support to New Zealand and Australian founders.
In 2021, Fallon joined Onside Technology as a Director.
Most recently, Fallon joined Timely in 2022 as the SVP Revenue, responsible for the cloud-based appointment scheduling solution's revenue generation and growth.
