Michael Specht

Michael Specht has over 20 years of work experience in various roles related to customer success, HR systems management, and project management. Michael is currently the Head of Global Customer Success at Timely, where they are responsible for leading the company's customer success efforts on a global scale. Prior to that, they held positions such as Regional Manager - Asia Pacific at Timely, where they oversaw the company's Go To Market strategy in the APAC region, and Head of Customer Success at Timely, where they built a new function focused on onboarding and account management.

Before joining Timely, Michael worked as the Head of Customer Success at Bridge, HROnboard, and Navigo, where they were responsible for ensuring customer value and assisting with partner development and international expansion.
