Tegan Wick

Tegan Wick is a skilled project management and technical content writer currently employed at Timely since October 2025, focusing on revitalizing the Timely Help Centre. Prior to this role, Tegan spent seven years at Shopify, serving in various leadership positions, including Account Security Senior Lead for the APAC, EMEA, and NORAM regions, where Tegan successfully scaled global teams and drove operational efficiency. Additional experience includes managing the Account Security program in New Zealand, overseeing Core and Enterprise Support teams, and facilitating onboarding for premier merchants. Tegan's early career involved roles at Hayball, ensuring successful tender submissions, and at Cotton On Group as a 2IC Manager. Academically, Tegan completed an Advanced Professional Project Management Course at the University of Canterbury and earned a Bachelor of Film, Screen and Media Production from the Australian Film Television and Radio School.
