Senior Vice President of Acquisitions since February 2023. Mr. Ryan joined the company in March 2016 as Director of Real Estate, was promoted to AVP, Senior Director of Real Estate and Development in May 2018, and promoted to Vice President of Acquisitions in January 2019. Prior to joining Getty, Mr. Ryan served as Vice President of Asset Management for Marx Realty, a Manhattan based owner and developer of office and retail properties. Prior to Marx Realty, Mr. Ryan held various roles for Macerich, one of the country's leading owners, operators and developers of major retail and mixed use developments.
