Matt joined Highgate in 2011 and is adept at underwriting and analyzing complex portfolios, seasonal resorts, lifestyle urban hotels, and mixed-use developments. He joined Highgate after a successful career as a Senior Analyst with Rockbridge during their peak hotel investment period and began his career with Choice Hotels.
Matt is a graduate of Michigan State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Real Estate and Development.
