Nicki West

Nicki West is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in alumni engagement and fundraising within higher education. Notably serving as the Executive Director of Alumni Engagement & Annual Giving at Gettysburg College from June 2018 to June 2024, Nicki has held various roles including Director of Annual Giving and Director of Advancement Systems. Prior to this, Nicki worked at Dickinson College from January 2010 to January 2015, progressing through positions such as Director of Advancement Systems and Associate Director of Alumni & Parent Engagement. Nicki's earlier experience includes working as a Recruitment-Retention Coordinator at Wilkes University. Nicki holds an MBA in Organizational Leadership and a BA in Psychology, both from Wilkes University.
