Robert Schwartz

Robert Schwartz serves as the Chief Growth Officer at Gettysburg College since September 2025 and is also the President and Founder of The Brand United LLC, a position held since January 2025. Prior to these roles, Schwartz was the Global Chief Marketing Officer at Starcom from June 2022 to January 2025 and at Carat from September 2018 to June 2022. Additional experience includes serving as Global Leader of Agency Services at IBM iX, Vice President of Global Digital Marketing at IBM, and various leadership roles at WPP and Ogilvy & Mather. Schwartz's career also includes marketing leadership positions at Century 21 and Epsilon. Schwartz earned a degree from Gettysburg College between 1988 and 1992.
