Liz Kennedy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations management and client success across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Manager for System Health and Merchant Operations at Upside since February 2018, Kennedy contributes to a marketplace that enhances purchasing power for consumers and supports sustainability initiatives. Prior to Upside, Kennedy held multiple roles at Opower, where key achievements included leading a cross-functional team to implement a SaaS product suite for energy utilities and launching a demand response program that significantly exceeded regulatory savings requirements.
