Susan Shaffer

Susan Shaffer is an experienced professional with a strong background in executive support, project management, and editing. Currently serving as an Executive Business Partner at Upside since 2019, Susan's roles include office management and event planning. Previously, Susan worked as an Editor for Copy Editor since 2009, focusing on text, grammar, layout, and design. From 2017 to 2019, Susan held the position of Assistant to the President and CEO at LaSalle Hotel Properties, managing human resources and office operations. Earlier experience includes a role at Charles County Government, offering administrative support to the Chief of Capital Services and contributing to media as a co-anchor.
