Amanda Martarano

Amanda Martarano has a diverse work experience. Amanda started their career as a Home Care Provider at Martarano House Adult Foster Home in 2012. Amanda then took on the role of Resident Manager at the same company until 2017. In 2018, they worked as an Adjunct Professor at Boise State University until 2020. In 2019, they briefly served as an English Second Language Teacher at the College of Western Idaho. Currently, they are employed at Ventive, where they started as an Operations Specialist in 2021 and was later promoted to Operations Manager in 2022.

Amanda Martarano obtained a Bachelor's degree in Spanish Language Teacher Education and Educational Technology from Boise State University, attending from 2012 to 2017. Amanda continued their education at Boise State University and earned a Masters in Educational Technology, specializing in Educational/Instructional Technology, starting in 2018. In addition to their academic qualifications, Amanda Martarano also obtained the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM in February 2023.
