Alagu Periyannan

Alagu Periyannan is the current Advisor at Visit, and has been in this role since January 2021. Prior to that, they were the Chief Technology Officer at BlueJeans by Verizon from January 2009 to January 2021. Alagu has also held previous positions as Entrepreneur in Residence at Greylock Partners from September 2007 to December 2008, and Norwest Venture Partners from September 2007 to December 2008. Alagu's experience also includes being the Chief Technology Officer at Blue Coat Systems from February 1999 to July 2007, and a Technical Lead at Apple from August 1992 to August 1998. Prior to that, they were an entrepreneur/consultant/advisor from August 1998 to January 1999.

Alagu Periyannan has a MS in Computer Science from North Carolina State University and a BE (Hons) in Electrical Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani. Alagu also has a degree from Vikaasa.
