Alo Tauaese

Alo Tauaese has a diverse work experience in the fields of web development and coaching. Currently, they work as a Senior Frontend Engineer at Weave HQ since June 2021. Prior to this, Alo held the position of UX Web Development Manager at Young Living Essential Oils from November 2019 onwards. They also worked as a Front End Software Engineer at the same company from January 2018 to November 2019.

Before joining Young Living Essential Oils, Alo worked as a Freelance Web Developer starting from May 2015. Additionally, they had a role as Lead Developer and Web Developer at Flipeleven from December 2015 to July 2017.

During their career, Alo also gained experience as a Volleyball Coach. They held coaching roles at Milwaukee Skyline Volleyball Club (2014-2016), Cedarburg Comets Volleyball Club (2013-2014), West Allis Lightning Volleyball Club (2012-2013), West Allis High School (2011-2012), and Ayala High School (2011).

In the coaching positions, Alo was responsible for developing strategies to motivate players, managing communication with parents, and planning and executing practices to optimize player skills.
