Chris Baird is the current Chief Marketing Officer at Weave. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Marketing Officer at ObservePoint from September 2014 to January 2022. ObservePoint is the pioneer and industry leader in Digital Data Governance. Created by the founder of Omniture, John Pestana and Rob Seolas, ObservePoint ensures accurate data collection across all digital marketing channels, while actively performing tests to find reporting mistakes, duplicate tags, data leakage and page errors. Without any code to deploy, ObservePoint delivers alerts real-time, to help you make better decisions on your big data. A few of their customers include Adidas, Marriott Hotels, Nordstrom, CBS and American Express.

Baird began their career in marketing at Adobe in January 2008, where they served as Manager of Web Strategy and Demand Marketing until December 2014. Chris then took on the role of Global Marketing Manager - APAC at Mrs. Fields Famous Brands from January 2007 to December 2007. In January 2007, they joined Omniture as a Partner Business Manager and held that position until October 2008 when they were promoted to Director of Sales at BlueSky. Chris held that position until August 2007 when they joined Weave as their Chief Marketing Officer.

Chris Baird graduated from Brigham Young University with a degree in business from the Marriott School of Business. Chris then went on to get their ObservePoint Certified Professional certification and their Marriott Global Management Certificate from Brigham Young University Marriott School of Business.

They work with Erin Goodsell - Chief Legal Officer, Ashish Chaudhary - CTO, and Branden Neish - CPO. and Kortney Osborne - VP, Marketing reports to Chris Baird. Their manager is Brett White, Interim CEO, COO & President.
