Bernd Nigmann

Bernd Nigmann has a strong work experience in software engineering and architecture. Bernd started their career in 2001 at HotelsCentral.com as a Senior Software Engineer, where they were responsible for maintaining a hotel reservation web application and developing new features. During their time there, they successfully ported the PHP-based search engine to Java, significantly improving search speed and capacity. Bernd also designed a plan to transition the entire web application from PHP to J2EE.
