Chinmay Padhye

Chinmay Padhye is an experienced technology leader with a diverse background in product and engineering management. Currently serving as Senior Director of Product Development at Get Well since April 2025, Chinmay previously held several senior roles at nference, including Senior Director of Engineering and Director of Software Engineering. With extensive experience at Verizon Media and Verizon Labs, Chinmay contributed to the development of Verizon Insights and managed advanced technology projects. Prior roles include Senior Engineering Manager at Sonus Networks and Senior Director of Systems Engineering at Envio Networks. Chinmay holds a Master of Science in Computer Engineering from the University of South Florida and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical from Bangalore University.
