Laura Semlies

Laura Semlies serves as the Chief Transformation Officer at Get Well since November 2024, with an active role as an advisory board member focusing on strategic direction and patient engagement. Previously, Laura held the position of Partner at McKinsey & Company from January 2022 to December 2024. At Northwell Health, from May 2012 to February 2022, Laura worked as VP of Digital Patient Experience, enhancing digital engagement, and as VP of Finance, overseeing revenue optimization. Additionally, Laura was a board member at Executives for Health Innovation from December 2018 to January 2022, contributing to discussions on technology and data best practices in healthcare. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Healthcare IT Advisory at PwC from May 2010 to May 2012. Laura holds a Master's Degree in Public Health from Boston University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Bucknell University.
