As Senior Vice President of Client Success at Get Well, Victoria Wickline helps ensure client value and ROI. With a hands-on and results-driven approach, Victoria organizes teams to seamlessly manage large and complex programs. Mission-driven by nature, she is passionate about this work because she sees the meaningful impact it has on patient health outcomes.

Victoria has found her niche in patient experience after a career spent overseeing teams to serve the needs of healthcare executives. She joined Get Well through the acquisition of HealthLoop (now GetWell Loop), where she previously served as vice president of account management.

In the preceding decade, Victoria also worked at The Advisory Board Company, a healthcare research, consulting, and technology firm, in a variety of roles across sales, analytics, and consulting. She earned her Bachelor of Science from Wake Forest University.
