Fanny Yu is an accomplished operations leader with extensive experience in strategic project management and team integration across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at GetWhy, Fanny previously held key positions at Dixa, where accomplishments included managing a $43 million double acquisition and implementing a company-wide OKR process. As Project Director at EF Education First, Fanny successfully oversaw the implementation of a Learning Management System across multiple countries, engaging cross-functional teams and ensuring timely roll-out. Fanny's background also includes significant roles at IVY, the Swedish-American Chamber of Commerce, Zalando SE, and various internships at Hästens and Oriflame, demonstrating a strong ability to drive growth, enhance operational efficiency, and deliver high-impact results. Fanny holds an MBA from Hult International Business School and a Master of Science from Lund University.
