Elizabeth Thamm

Elizabeth Thamm is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in learning and development, currently serving as a Senior Learning Excellence Specialist at GetYourGuide since December 2021. With a strong focus on driving performance and innovation in global customer care, Elizabeth also plays an active role in the Employee Representation Group, ensuring employee voices are valued. Prior to GetYourGuide, Elizabeth worked as a Learning Designer and Facilitator at aequa, where leadership training programs in diversity, equity, and inclusion were developed, and served as an English Language Lecturer at Technische Universität Berlin, creating engaging e-learning experiences. Additional roles include Language and Communication Trainer at Blinkist, where Elizabeth enhanced employee communication skills, and previous teaching positions that highlight a commitment to educational excellence. Elizabeth holds a Master's degree in Language & Literacy Studies from Arcadia University and a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Temple University.
