Jessica Friar-Ney (she/her)

Jessica Friar-Ney has a diverse work experience. Jessica worked as an Onboarding Specialist and Office Associate at GetYourGuide from 2020 to present. Prior to that, they worked at Spieltraum Kita as a Native Speaker/Psychological Integration Leader from 2017 to 2020. At Spieltraum Kita, Jessica taught children English, worked with a psychologist to support children with autism or limited abilities, organized field trips, provided cooking lessons, and engaged in communication with parents. Before that, they worked at Hetrick-Martin Institute as a Lead Program Assistant/Member Navigator from 2014 to 2016, where they answered phone calls, greeted visitors, and handled inquiries. From 2013 to 2014, Jessica worked at Ramapo for Children as a Program Leader/Mentor/Hiring Committee member, where they facilitated outdoor retreats, led team-building activities, managed outdoor activities, mentored young adults, and supervised staff. Lastly, they were a Mentor/Tutor at Boys & Girls Club from 2008 to 2010.

Jessica Friar-Ney completed their Associate of Arts degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from Northeast Mississippi Community College from 2008 to 2010. Jessica then pursued their Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Mississippi University for Women, graduating in 2013.
