Julian Luerken

Julian Luerken is an experienced professional in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as Director People Partner at GetYourGuide since October 2025. Prior to this role, Julian held the position of Director People and Organization at Zalando from March 2018 to October 2025, a leading European online fashion platform. Julian also served as Head of People and Organization and Global Head of HR at HelloFresh from May 2015 to March 2018, contributing to the company’s growth as a global meal kit provider. Earlier experience includes working as a Consultant at Kienbaum Management Consultants from February 2012 to May 2015 and founding Home-Abroad.nl, where Julian served as CEO from May 2007 to March 2010. Julian holds an MSc in Social and Organisational Psychology from The London School of Economics and Political Science and a Bachelor's degree with honors in Liberal Arts from University College Maastricht.
