Magdalena Schäfer

Magdalena Schäfer has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Magdalena worked at GetYourGuide as a Senior People Partner Tech, where they were responsible for managing human resources for the tech department. Prior to that, they were a Teamlead Human Resources Germany at GetYourGuide, overseeing HR operations in Germany. Magdalena also served as a Senior HR Manager at GetYourGuide for a brief period. Additionally, Magdalena worked at Evolutesix as a Consultant on the Future of HR for regenerative ecosystems.

Before joining Evolutesix, they were employed at Sony Electronics as an HR Advisor for the DACH Region. Magdalena also worked at Randstad New Zealand as a Candidate Relationship Consultant, where they were involved in talent sourcing, internal recruiting, and various projects.

Magdalena gained teaching experience as an External Lecturer at the Freie Universität Berlin. Magdalena also had HR roles at AUTO1, Volkswagen AG, Bloom Consulting, Scope Ratings, and Tirendo Holding GmbH, where they served as a Teamlead & HR Partner, HR Partner, Intern in Personnel Development, HR Manager, Assistant Human Resources, Junior HR Manager, and Human Resources Intern respectively. These roles involved responsibilities such as talent management, project management, process optimization, and application process management.

Magdalena Schäfer obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Psychology from Freie Universität Berlin from 2009 to 2012. Magdalena then pursued a Master of Science (MS) in Organisational Psychology from the same institution from 2013 to 2015.
