Sally Buckle

Sally Buckle is an experienced HR professional with extensive expertise in people management and organizational change. Currently serving as a Senior People Business Partner at Vanquis Banking Group since June 2022, Sally leads transformational initiatives and develops strategic people plans for digital and tech-related areas. Previous roles at Vanquis Bank included Human Resources Business Partner and Senior HR Advisor, where Sally managed complex employee relations issues, facilitated talent reviews, and contributed to various organizational projects. Prior to joining Vanquis, Sally gained foundational HR experience as an HR Administrator at Smith & Williamson. Sally holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Canterbury Christ Church University.
