Marius Negre

Marius Negre has a wide range of work experience in various roles and industries. Starting in 2004, they worked as a Travel Agency Manager and Ticketing Agent at Eximtur SRL. Marius then moved on to work as a Buyer and Purchasing Manager at Softwin from 2007 to 2008. In 2008, they joined Vola.ro Student Adventure as a Business Development Manager, where they launched the first online travel insurance solution in Romania and managed affiliate campaigns.

In 2011, Marius became a Business Consultant at travelVision, providing guidance and expertise to clients. Marius later joined tripsta, first as a Marketing and Revenue Director from 2013 to 2016, responsible for distribution, SEM/SEO, and localization strategy. Marius then served as Chief Customer Officer from 2016 to 2018, overseeing customer-related aspects of the business.

From 2018 to 2020, Marius worked as the COO at BCD Travel Romania, contributing to the operational success of the company. In 2020, they joined Spotawheel as the VP of Growth, where they focused on customer analytics, BI and reporting strategy, and implemented a project using data sources and machine learning to identify B2B opportunities across Europe.

In 2021, Marius became a Principal Consultant at REBORRN, utilizing their expertise to provide strategic advice to clients. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Feed Ads (Paid Search) at GetYourGuide, where they are responsible for managing and optimizing paid search campaigns.

Marius Negre obtained their Bachelor's degree in Economics (Tourism) from Universitatea "Babeș-Bolyai" din Cluj-Napoca. Marius pursued their undergraduate studies from 2000 to 2004.
