Muhammad Awais Azhar

Muhammad Awais Azhar has a diverse work experience in the IT support field. Muhammad Awais started their career in 2016 as an IT Support Engineer at Multinet Pakistan (Private) Limited, where they handled various IT support responsibilities. In 2017, they joined SKYLAND TRAVELS as a Network Support Engineer, where they provided network support services. In 2019, Muhammad joined GetYourGuide as a Working Student-IT Support Technician, and later progressed to the role of IT Support Technician. Muhammad Awais was responsible for resolving technical issues and providing support to the company's employees. Currently, they hold the position of IT Support Specialist at GetYourGuide since February 2022. In this role, they have taken charge of configuring the new Mobile Device Management tool and establishing a Zero-Touch Deployment process for Apple devices globally. Muhammad Awais also managed the migration of 700 active devices to the new MDM system without losing any data. Muhammad's work experience showcases their expertise in IT support and their ability to adapt to new technologies and systems.

Muhammad Awais Azhar completed a Master's degree in Information and Communication Engineering from the Berlin University of Applied Sciences Berlin (BHT), from 2018 to 2021. Before that, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering at Hamdard University Karachi, graduating between 2010 and 2014.

In terms of additional certifications, Muhammad obtained a Jamf Certified Tech certification from Jamf in July 2023. Muhammad Awais also received a Jamf Certified Associate Exam - English certification from the same institution in April 2023. Moreover, in February 2016, they obtained a Certificate of Supervision as a Registered Engineer granted by the Pakistan Engineering Council.
