Lica Arroyo

Ma. Lica Arroyo is a seasoned Trade Marketing and Sales Leader with over 18 years of experience in leading consumer companies such as Globe, Nestle, Reckitt, and URC. Ma. Lica holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Cum Laude, from the University of the Philippines and was recognized as one of the Markprof Top 25 in 2006. Currently, Ma. Lica serves as the Head of Trade Marketing at Getz Pharma and has held various leadership roles, including National Trade Marketing Manager at Perfetti Van Melle and multiple positions at Nestlé and Universal Robina Corporation. In these roles, Ma. Lica has demonstrated expertise in category and channel development, key accounts management, and distributor sales management.
