GEUS carries out research and advises public authorities and private sector within natur, environment, energy and mineral resources. GEUS is responsible for Scientific exploration of geology in Denmark and Greenland, including the Continental shelf areas. GEUS maps, monitors and collects data, communicates about geological matters and is the geological data centre for Denmark and Greenland.
