Mj Savastano

MJ Savastano serves as the Associate Artistic Director at DVC Theatre since 2017 and has been a Performance Educator with Impact Interactive since June 2015, where theatre techniques foster dialogue on sensitive issues. Additional roles include Teaching Artist and Audio Describer at Geva Theatre Center since 2008, and Associate Artistic Director at METHOD MACHINE since 2007. As a freelance Performance Educator since 2006, MJ also functions as a Standardized Patient at the University of Rochester Medical Center and has a diverse acting portfolio in theatre, film, and commercials. Co-founder of Lady Parts Theatre Company from 2013 to 2020, MJ focused on producing works that highlight female artists, and has experience as a Producer at Push Music + Post and a Copywriter at Agency3 Communications. MJ holds a BA in Theatre Arts, Education, and English Literature from Nazareth University.
