Sathya Narayanan

Sathya Narayanan has a diverse work experience spanning over 12 years. They started their career as a Research Analyst at CSE Group in 2010 and worked there until 2015. From 2016 to 2019, Sathya worked as an Associate at Treeline Business Solutions, where they were responsible for data uploads and creating industry-related content. In 2019, Sathya joined Aleron Shared Resources India as a Recruitment Specialist, where they reviewed and evaluated applicant eligibility and ensured timely hiring. In 2020, Sathya worked as a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Pure Staffing Solutions Inc., where they sourced and recommended skilled candidates for various industries. In 2021, Sathya joined GIOS Technology as an IT Recruiter, gathering requirements and sourcing profiles. They then moved on to Jellyfish Technologies in 2022 as a Senior Technical Recruiter before joining Geval6 Inc later that year as a Senior Executive in Talent Management.

Sathya Narayanan attended the University of Madras from 2009 to 2013, where they completed an MBA in Human Resource Management. Prior to that, from 2004 to 2008, they studied at D.G. Their earlier education was at Jaigopal Garodia Vivekananda Vidyalaya from 1995 to 2002, where they studied General Studies.
