Kim Jakovich

Kim Jakovich is Senior Vice President of Commerce Bancshares, Inc., Senior Vice President of Talent Management, and serves on the Executive Management Committee of Commerce Bancshares, Inc. Jakovich oversees the bank's talent management efforts including talent acquisition, talent development, talent management consulting, diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI), and total rewards which consists of compensation, benefits, technology and payroll. She holds a Master of Business Administration from Fontbonne University and Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from the University of Missouri – St. Louis.
