Brian O'Neill

Brian O'Neill is a Senior Process Engineer at Gevo, Inc. since February 2021, focusing on process engineering and scale-up for diverse materials in chemical and fuel applications. Previous experiences include roles as a Process Engineer at a consulting firm and as a Senior Process Engineer at Leaf Resources Limited and ZeaChem Inc., where responsibilities encompassed chemical process development and engineering for bio-refinery projects. O'Neill also held a Process Engineer position from 2002 to 2011, specializing in microchip HDI processing, and developed manufacturing processes at Sheldahl Micro Products from 1999 to 2002. Earlier, O'Neill worked at Precision Castparts Corporation, advancing Metal-Injection-Molding technology. O'Neill holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy and Materials Science from Michigan Technological University, completed in 1996.
