Leke Agiri

Leke Agiri has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Leke is currently working at Gevo, Inc. as the Vice President of Finance since June 2023 and previously held the position of Director of Project Finance from August 2022 to June 2023. Prior to Gevo, Inc., Leke was a Vice President of Renewable Energy Finance at Bank of America from 2021 to August 2022. Leke also worked at Pine Gate Renewables as a Project Finance professional from 2020 to 2021. Leke's experience includes working at Penn America Energy Holdings LLC as the Vice President of Finance, where they focused on origination of development capital and executing corporate finance mandates for a large-scale LNG facility from 2020 to 2021. Additionally, they worked at Occidental as a Manager of Finance for the Mozambique LNG project and at Anadarko Petroleum Corporation in various roles, including Manager of Finance for the Mozambique LNG project and Pre-commercialization Coordinator and Senior Business Development Analyst in the Corporate Development team. Leke began their career as a Chemical Blending Engineer at Carpenter Co. and has also worked at Accenture and Knightsbridge Solutions in consulting roles.

Leke Agiri has completed an Executive Finance, Strategy, and Leadership Program for Succeeding as a Strategic CFO at Harvard Business School. Leke also holds an MBA in Finance & Energy from Rice Business - Jones Graduate School of Business and a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Virginia. In addition, they have obtained the CFA Level II certification from CFA Institute in 2014 and the CFA Level I certification in 2011.
