Phil Freund

Phil Freund has extensive experience in facilities and utilities management, currently serving as a Facilities and Utilities Field Supervisor at Gewalt Hamilton Associates, Inc. since July 2022. Prior to this role, Phil Freund worked as a Utility Supervisor for the Village Of Barrington Public Works from January 1986 to April 2023. Phil Freund also has a background in emergency services, having volunteered as a Firefighter EMT and served as an Apparatus Engineer with the McHenry Township Fire Protection District from 1992 to 2000. Educationally, Phil Freund graduated from Wauconda High School and obtained a degree in Fire Science/Fire-fighting from McHenry County College.
