Paul Czaj

Paul Czaj, CFA, has over 14 years of work experience in various roles within the manufacturing industry. Paul is currently the CFO at GF Casting Solutions, a position they have held since October 2019. Prior to that, they served as the Business Unit CFO for Light Metals EU/NAFTA at the same company from January 2018 to October 2019. From 2013 to 2017, Paul worked at Georg Fischer Automotive AG, first as the Head of Strategic Controlling and later as the Head of Strategy, M&A. Before that, they were the Head of Controlling & Calculation at Georg Fischer Druckguss GmbH & Georg Fischer Kokillenguss GmbH from 2010 to 2013. Paul also held the role of Head of Business Administration/Controlling at Georg Fischer Kokillenguss GmbH from 2008 to 2010. Paul began their career as a Project Manager at GF Automotive AG from 2006 to 2008. In addition to their extensive work experience, Paul holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
