Pascal Friche

Pascal Friche has over 30 years of work experience in various roles within the automation and sales industries. Pascal started their career in 1988 as a Mechanics-Electronics Engineer at SANFI SA, where they designed and implemented electrical and electronics installations for pumping and water flow applications. Pascal then worked as an On-Site Engineer at FAEL SA, where they trained and provided support for welding can machines.

In 1990, Friche joined SANFI SA again, this time as a Responsible for execution and manufacturing of electrical and electronics commands. In this role, they designed and programmed flow regulation installations for water treatment and developed a system for water and air flow control.

In 1993, they moved to REMAG AG as a Sales Engineer for process flow and regulation. Pascal focused on sales growth in the Swiss French area and supported sales in the Swiss German area.

Friche joined GE Fanuc Automation Europe S.A. in 1995 as a Sales Engineer for PLC. Pascal worked on developing direct sales activities in the Swiss area and coordinated distribution channel management.

In 1998, they joined GE Intelligent Platforms as a Regional Sales Manager-Leader for AT/CH. Pascal developed strategic and operational business plans for the Swiss area and managed the distribution sales channel.

From 2013 to 2017, Friche worked at Bachofen AG as the Head of Division Turck/Banner Automation. Their responsibilities included developing strategic and operational business plans, establishing sales and productivity plans, and managing purchasing plans for suppliers.

Most recently, in 2017, Friche joined GF Machining Solutions as the Head of Software Business. Further details about this role are not provided.

Pascal Friche completed an apprenticeship in mechanics and electronics at the technical school "CPLN" of Neuchâtel from 1981 to 1985. Subsequently, they pursued a three-year study of electronics engineering at the superior school of engineering "ETS" of Biel from 1985 to 1988. No degree names or fields of study were provided.
