Martha Clay Frith

Martha Clay Frith is a seasoned hospitality professional with extensive experience in revenue management and sales strategy. Currently serving as Regional Director of Revenue Management at GF Hotels & Resorts since August 2020, Martha provides sales support to hotels in Roanoke and the broader Mid-Atlantic region. Prior to this role, Martha held various positions at Island Hospitality Management, including Dual Director of Sales, where responsibilities included managing sales for multiple Marriott properties and onboarding new hires. Earlier experience includes a Sales Manager role for the Courtyard by Marriott and Residence Inn in Roanoke, and an Event Services Manager position at the Crystal Gateway Marriott in Arlington, Virginia. Martha holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality & Tourism Management from Virginia Tech.
