Donika Qesja

Donika Qesja has extensive experience in financial management and procurement, currently serving as a Procurement Officer at GFA Consulting Group GmbH since May 2018 and as a Financial Management Specialist with the World Bank since November 2016. In addition to these roles, Donika has been a consultant for the Ministry of Finance of Albania since March 2009, focusing on public finances and risk management training. Previous experience includes a part-time lecturer position in Finance and Accounting at the Italian University "La Nostra Signora del Buon Consiglio" from January 2006 to January 2013 and serving as a Finance Management Expert with the World Bank from December 2006 to February 2009. Donika holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration from the University of Tirana in cooperation with Nebraska University, obtained between 2009 and 2011.
