Folkard Wohlgemuth

Folkard Wohlgemuth, CFE, has extensive experience in financial management and fiduciary services, currently serving as the Fiscal Agent Manager for MCA-Lesotho II at GFA Consulting Group GmbH since May 2007. In this role, Folkard oversees the financial services for the Lesotho Millennium Development Authority, managing a USD 322 million grant, and has also led fiduciary services for The Global Fund Nigeria. Additionally, Folkard has held similar managerial positions for the Millennium Challenge Account-Zambia and APP Morocco, overseeing substantial grants to support national development projects. Previous roles include Head of Finance at Veterinaires sans Frontieres - Germany, Deputy Director at the Aspen Institute Berlin, and Finance/Program Manager at Transparency International. Folkard holds a Master's degree in Economics from Freie Universität Berlin and a banking qualification from OSZ Banken und Versicherung.
