Rasul Momunaliev

Rasul Momunaliev is a National Senior Expert at GFA Consulting Group GmbH, focusing on improving living conditions in illegal settlements around Bishkek and Osh, Kyrgyzstan, since February 2023. Previously, Rasul served as a Short Term Consultant with GIZ GmbH, where responsibilities included advising on employment rights for people with disabilities and developing active measures for their promotion. In addition, Rasul worked as a Consultant with GIZ, conducting analyses and policy development for social services. With a background in project management at International Alert and various roles in child protection and social coordination, Rasul has extensive experience in both educational and social sectors, holding degrees in Economics and Finance, and English Language.
