Carlos Gonzalez possesses nearly 20 years of experience in customer service and technical support as the Owner and General Manager of GFA Computer Systems since November 2002, serving the Greater Houston area. Previously, Carlos held the position of Operations Director at Mama Lycha Foods from June 2004 to June 2013, overseeing daily operations, including human resources, purchasing, and logistics. Carlos began the professional journey as a Computer Technician at the University of St. Thomas-Houston between September 1999 and June 2002. Educationally, Carlos completed a program at Rice University Boot Camps from November 2021 to May 2022 and earned a degree from the University of St. Thomas (TX) between 1999 and 2004, following a foundation at St. George's School from September 1994 to May 1998.
