John Shiver Aia

John Shiver AIA, NCARB, currently serves as the Director of Education Practice and Associate Principal at GFF, a multi-disciplinary design firm with a commitment to creating impactful environments. With extensive experience in the architecture field, John was previously the Principal and North Texas Market Leader at Stantec, where responsibilities included managing K-12 and higher education projects, as well as leading marketing initiatives. Prior roles include Principal/Director at PBK, where John was part of the leadership team, and founding Principal of Shiver+Associates Architects, specializing in educational facility design. John's career began as an architectural intern at Raymond Harris, culminating in a Master’s degree in Architecture from Texas A&M University.
