Tariq Sugair

Tariq Sugair is an accomplished compliance professional with extensive experience in the financial services sector. Currently serving as Chief Compliance Officer at GFH Capital S.A. since November 2023, Tariq previously held significant roles at Al Rajhi Capital, including Director of Governance and Head of Compliance from September 2016 to February 2024. Prior experience also includes positions within the Capital Market Authority from August 2007 to August 2016, working in both the inspection and authorization departments. Tariq holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Missouri State University (2000-2003) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from King Saud University (1994-1998).
